Our Story

Glover’s Smoked Salsa started the way many great Texas recipes do…around family, friends and a backyard smoker. What began as a homemade recipe quickly became a staple at gatherings, cookouts and tailgates. Before long, friends were asking for jars to take home.

Created in Tyler, Texas, Glover's Smoked Salsa is built on a simple idea: real ingredients, bold flavor and a recipe rooted in family tradition. Our salsa is make using a smoked process that adds a rich, distinctive depth you won't find in ordinary salsa. The result is a balanced flavor that works just as well with chips as it does tacos, grilled meats, various dips and recipes.

Since its creation, Glover’s has grown from a family recipe shared among friends into a brand dedicated to bringing authentic Texas flavor to more tables. Every jar reflects the spirit of Texas hospitality…made to be shared, enjoyed and served at gatherings where good food brings people together.
