Meat Market Marinaded Beef Fajitas with Glover’s Smoked Salsa
Marinade Ingredients

¼ cup orange juice
¼ cup pineapple juice
½ cup lime juice
¼ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp Mexican oregano
½ tsp cumin
2 tablespoons paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons achiote

Also Needed

2 lbs Flap steak, Flank steak or Skirt steak 
Flour tortillas
1 jar Glover’s Original or HOT Smoked Salsa
 Shredded cheese, fresh cilantro, diced onion, lime wedges and sour cream

Instructions

1. Combine all marinade ingredients and whisk together.
2. Add skirt steak and marinate at least 4 hours, overnight preferred.
3. Grill over high heat 4-5 minutes per side. Rest 5 minutes then slice against the grain.
4. Serve on warm flour tortillas topped generously with Glover’s Smoked Salsa, cilantro, onion and a squeeze of lime.

Serves 6 — the marinade is the secret, Glover’s is the finish.
