Ingredients
• 2½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 jar Glover’s Original or HOT Smoked Salsa
• 1 can Rotel, drained
• 1 package taco seasoning
• ½ cup diced white onion
• ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 2 cups shredded cheese
• 1 package corn tortillas
Instructions
1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
2. Pour the entire jar of Glover’s Smoked Salsa over the chicken. Add the Rotel, diced onion and taco seasoning. Stir to combine.
3. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
4. Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker and stir to combine.
5. Warm tortillas and load them up with chicken, shredded cheese and fresh cilantro.
Serves 6 — top with avocado, sour cream or extra Glover’s Smoked Salsa straight from the jar.
